In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

rp786 operates a strict 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 years may register an account or participate in any real-money gaming product on the Platform. This is a non-negotiable condition with no exceptions.

As part of the KYC process, rp786 requires all Players to submit:

• A clear, legible copy or photograph of their National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.

rp786's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of rp786 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using rp786 and may request account closure by contacting support prior to the amendment's effective date.
